Hurricane

From New England Hurricane: A Factual, Pictorial Record — written and compiled by members of the Federal Writers’ Project of the Works Progress Administration, and put out by Hale, Cushman & Flint of Boston in 1938, “in a length of time that probably establishes a new speed record in book publishing.” The WPA photographers were already on the spot.
